Aliness PrenaCare® START for women is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement dedicated to future mothers. It contains a package of the most important vitamins and minerals, additionally supplemented with para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and two forms of inositol (myo- and D-chiro). The product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Source of vitamins and minerals

Pregnancy is undoubtedly a period of increased demand for individual micronutrients. However, it is worth noting that their adequate supply is crucial at every stage - not only during the pregnancy itself, but also during the planning.

Folates contribute to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. Vitamin D supports the skeletal system and promotes the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate help maintain optimal homocysteine metabolism. Zinc helps maintain normal fertility and reproductive function, and vitamin E is involved in protecting cells against oxidative stress.

Recommended ingredients of PTGiP

The product contains ingredients recommended by the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians - folates and vitamin D. These recommendations also include iron and iodine, however, their supplementation should be considered individually. For this reason, they were not included in the product.

Active forms of vitamins

The product provides metabolically active forms of B vitamins. Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), vitamin B6 (as P-5-P) and Quatrefolic® folate are almost immediately ready for use by the body and do not require additional system transformations.

Two forms of inositol

The product contains two isomeric forms of inositol in the optimal quantitative ratio 40:1 (Mio / D-chiro). According to the latest reports, their supplementation may bring benefits to women struggling with PCOS, which may cause difficulties in getting pregnant.
