A Combination of Two Forms of Inositol in an Optimal Ratio
Nine stereoisomers of inositol occur naturally, with myo-inositol being the most common form and most frequently used in supplementation. The second most frequently used form is D-chiro-inositol. These two forms are very similar, but they differ slightly in their effects in the human body and affect different tissues, and their combined use can produce a synergistic effect. Physiologically, myo-inositol predominates over D-chiro-inositol, and this is precisely the case in our supplement.
