Yellow Stork Tea Matcha+ Ginger is a unique combination of matcha tea powder with ginger root extract.
Matcha is a green tea from Japan, distinguished by its intense flavor, deep green color and rich aromatic profile. Its production is different than in the case of traditional teas - before harvesting, the tea bushes are shaded, which increases the chlorophyll content in the leaves. The leaves are then carefully collected, dried and ground into a fine powder.
A unique feature of matcha is the way it is served - it is prepared as a suspension, so the entire leaf is consumed, not just the infusion. Because matcha does not undergo fermentation or oxidation before grinding, it preserves its nutritional properties.
Matcha contains many nutrients, such as antioxidants, catechins, theine, tannin, theanine and antioxidants.
Ginger is the root of the Zingiber officinale plant, which is widely used in cooking and traditional medicine. It is rich in numerous biologically active compounds, e.g. gingerols, which give it a characteristic taste and smell.
