Apollo's Hegemony 5-MTHF Tabs is a dietary supplement containing the so-called third-generation active folate - 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF). It is a highly bioavailable, methylated form of folate.
Folate is a group of compounds, also referred to as vitamin B9, that exhibit the biological activity of folic acid. Tetrahydrofolate is the metabolically active form of folic acid.
